Refunds, Replacements, and Returns Policy

At Ease Aura, we are committed to providing a seamless and trustworthy shopping experience. Below, you'll find our clear and customer-friendly policies for refunds, replacements, and returns.

Subscriptions

Refunds:
We will issue a refund for the most recent subscription charge if:

  • The refund request is made within 5 days of the charge.
  • No order credits have been used to fulfill orders.

Order Credits

  • Non-Refundable Credits: Credits obtained through promotions are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Refundable Credits: Credits added through top-ups may be refunded on a case-by-case basis, provided they remain unused.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method only.

Shipped Orders

Returns:

  • Returns are accepted only within 7 days of the order being delivered.
  • Items do not need to be returned if international shipping is impractical.
  • Refunds will be issued for orders refunded to your customers, provided:
    • The return request is made within the 7-day window.
    • Proof of refund to your customer is provided.

Refunds:
For shipped orders, we will issue a refund if:

  • You have refunded your customer.
  • Proof of refund is provided.
  • The request is made within 7 days of the order being delivered.

Note: Sample orders are not eligible for refunds.

Replacements:
We will provide a free replacement in the following cases:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective (please share a clear image or video for verification).
  • The order has been in transit for more than 5 days beyond the estimated delivery timeframe.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your order is lost or stolen, we offer two options:

  • Refund: A full refund will be provided if you've already refunded your customer.
  • Replacement: We will ship one replacement order at no additional cost.

You may choose the option that best suits your situation.

Important Notes

  • Processing time (the time required to prepare and ship your order) is separate from shipping time.
  • We recommend that customers retain proof of purchase and any communications for a smoother resolution.
